It's that time of the year again, the club AGM will be held on Friday, 29rd September. This is our chance to propose and vote on changes to the club, it's also election time for club officials.

If you wish to offer a point for debate, or second someone else's, just post in this thread. It will need to be seconded by another club member. Either the proposer or the seconder will need to be at the AGM to argue the point for discussion. Nominations for the committee must be by the nominee. Closing date for proposals, seconds and nominations is midnight 28th September.

Calling all club members: This is your club, and this AGM is your say as to how to improve it. Everyone is welcome and all club members are entitled to vote and make proposals.
